Transport damage
Despite all care, damage can occur during transport. Please note the following procedure: Transport damage must be reported to the transport company or the supplier immediately after receipt of the goods. You then inform StarLight Opto-Electronics GmbH & Co. KG about any transport damage detected. If you wish to return the goods, please inform us in advance by e-mail, fax or telephone.
